Book previously owned by a library, so there are the usual stamps, but the book has clearly hardly been used. I classify it very good condition. Book appears to be a 1st Edition/1st printing.

Books looks like new, but has a couple of nicks out of the actuall book cover at the bottom. Dust cover appeas perfect however.
